Returns/Exchange

We, at GENIQUE, create products especially for you as per your customizations. We use only high quality raw materials and adhere to all the Quality checks for each product, so that you receive the product in perfect condition. Therefore we do not accept any returns or exchange.

No Cancellation or Return is Permitted.

However Exchange is allowed in below conditions

  • The product received is in damaged condition
  • Wrong product is delivered. If the product/customization is different from the order
  • If there is any manufacturing defect in the product

How to place a Request for Exchange

  1. Raise a request for exchange within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing us support@thegenique.com
  2. Please add images of the product in the mail, for our team to verify.
  3. We will get back to you in 2-3 days of receiving your mail
  4. After the exchange is confirmed, we will send you the Mailing address for the product and send you the exchanged product after we receive the product from you.
Note: There is slight possibility of variation in colour due to photography and color enhancement on your screen.
