Refund Policy

We, at GENIQUE, create products especially for you as per your customizations. We use only high quality raw materials and adhere to all the Quality checks for each product, so that you receive the product in perfect condition. Therefore we do not accept any returns for products that are delivered in perfect and undamaged conditions.

However, if the wrong product is delivered to you(different from the product in order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect we extend our policy to full refund or re-fulfillment of your order.

    How to place a Request for Return:

        Our Return Policy is applicable only for the following reasons:

    • Damaged Product.
    • There is a Manufacturing Defect
    • Product delivered is incorrect.
    1. Raise a request for exchange within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing us support@thegenique.com
    2. Please add images of the product in the mail, for our team to verify.
    3. We will get back to you in 2-3 days of receiving your mail
    4. After the Return is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product, after the product is received at our warehouse, we will check the product and then the refund process will be initiated. Then the refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account.
    Note: Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  Product should be unused and in the original condition
      Note: There is slight possibility of variation in colour due to photography and color enhancement on your screen.
